Rockwell Campus
Original Use: Bond Boatyard and Plastics Factory. First property purchased was a distressed boatyard on the banks of the Chicago River across from Horner Park that was converted into a pet daycare and boarding facility. Multi-year project that included purchasing the adjoining building to house dog training and veterinary care facilities. Now the largest pet care campus in the country employing over 125 people with organic gardens and new docks along the river. This project has been published in several major design magazines.
